In 2020, we traded one tropical paradise for another, leaving Maui’s sunny beaches for the shimmering white sands and truly “endless summer” vibe of Tamarindo. After spending 3 unforgettable weeks exploring Costa Rica a few years ago, we fell in love with the “Gold Coast”, and decided to settle in this vibrant beach town. Great people, great food, great weather, and an eco-friendly environment - what’s not to love? Monkeys, Toucans, and sloths, plus whales, and turtles round out our enchanting new world.
WOW! There simply aren't enough complimentary words in the English language to explain how wonderful Katy and Larry have been to work with! We have bought and sold many homes, but never internationally. While it is quite a streamlined process in Costa Rica, Katy and Larry made it even MORESO!
